What Similarities and Differences are between
blogs, websites, wikis and databases?
Blogs- Where people share the daily news on
different topics and it continues with comments that people
leave.
Websites- Anyone can make websites about many,
many different things.
Wikis- Where you can make something and other
people can edit it.
Databases- It is a more accurate place to search
up things.
Wikis and blogs are the same because they are places where people can go
to look at different things and read about them. They are different because
bloggers can link to each others pages and people can leave comments on blogs.
But, wikis can be edited unlike blogs.
Databases and websites are the same because they can help you look things
up but they are different because most data bases are more
accurate.

:
a. What does CARRDSS stand for? It stands for Credibility; Accuracy; Reliability;
Relevance; Date; Sources behind the text; Scope.
b. What are the similarities and differences between the CARRDSS and BASIC forms?
They are alike because they both have you look for credibility and purpose. They

facts on the website or look at where the information came from. You can also
look at grammatical errors.

the information is false.
e. How would you explain this to the citizens of your community
(classmates) so they know if the website is credible? I would tell them to look at the CARRDSS
or BASIC forms.
